Book Orders
For individuals ordering fewer than 5 copies, please visit our online ordering form. The cost is $10.00 per copy, with an additional $3.00 shipping for the first copy and $2.00/copy for each additional copy. Note that you will be taken to a page that asks for your “donation,” that refers to the total cost of your order.
For orders requiring delivery outside of North America, please send the NAFFE office an e-mail, specifying the total number of copies and we will send you a quote for the postage costs together with instructions for ordering & paying online.
For institutional copies, or bulk orders (10 or more copies) contact the NAFFE office directly via e-mail or call us.
